I would like to take a minute to share with you a bit about our puppy mush method. When Havanese puppies are 4 weeks old they are ready to start digesting more than just their momma's milk. They don't have teeth yet at 4 weeks old so we make Puppy Mush and this is how its done: I soak Nature's Domain grain free puppy kibble until it is soupy and I mix in NuVet Plus vitamin powder, Bentonite Clay, and CocciGuard. That first feeding they are sometimes ready for it at first smell and chow down and sometimes they need help finding it because they will often lick the outside of the bowl. The first week of feeding the mush is pretty soupy but each day it is a little firmer and firmer until they finally have teeth at 5-6 weeks and then they start on dry kibble at 7 weeks.
